The skybow Partner Day & Awards 2019

On Monday 27^th of May skybow held its Partner Day for the second time since founding the company. More than 50 attendees from all over Europe joined us at the StartWerk in Wiesbaden.

After a quick intro our CEO started with a strategical recap of the last year and an idea of how our future will shape up. The main takeaways were that skybow had some nice successes with our new messaging and that we think that the pricing model introduced on the 1^st of January works in everyone’s favor. He pinpointed that with that new model Solution Studio and Forms will stay in focus but that also the Server Platform stays in development.

The next session was more technical in nature. CPO Matthias Walter shared details on how skybow integrates in the Microsoft Power Platform. The focus here lay on PowerApps and their capabilities in direct comparison to skybow. After the break Matthias kept talking and showed everyone exclusive insights of our roadmap. The main focus were the Triggered Action capabilities which align perfectly with our existing Action set and of course Modern Forms. The Modern UI was our main challenge over the past 12 months, and this is reflected in some groundbreaking new steps. Solution of the year: Busitec - Meeting Manager

We think that the Meeting Manager by Busitec is the best build app that we have seen during the last 12 months. It has great look & feel and fits perfectly into the Business App world, because it covers needs every company has.

Project of the year: UPGREAT – Hiltl

The first Swiss Vegetarian Restaurant Hiltl became the project of the year done by our oldest partner UPGREAT. It is completely realized with Solution Studio and shows the new way of working perfectly.

Partner of the year: Swisscom

Swisscom integrated skybow into their own product ShareSpace and showed commitment that is exemplary for every partnership. The Swisscom KMU Suite drove our template and product business and is part of our long-term strategy.

Last but not least we took the time to thank everyone for coming and for the great relationships we have built over the past year. skybow believes that building a functioning network is key to sustainable success and we thank everyone who is an active part of this network.
